Through individuals sessions, I focus on building a trusting and safe relationship that promotes self-awareness and emotional well-being. Whether you're dealing with stress, substance use issues, mental health symptoms, or personal issues, my goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies needed for personal growth and improved wellbeing.
